A home remodel should not be stressful. An informed client is a happy client. Our system has been developed to assure your peace of mind. Regardless if you are embarking on a kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation, or a whole-home update, we make sure that you know what to expect and are aware of any changes that may occur along the way. We pride ourselves on great client communications and excellent project management.
Critical Path Project Schedule
Regardless of the type of remodeling project, we create a detailed project schedule and stick to it! We build in "catch-up" days throughout the timeline so that if the inevitable, "unexpected" happens, it doesn't affect the important scheduled items and the target project completion date.

Change Orders
This allows for the utmost in communication!
No Surprise Change Orders
Once the design is created, we can provide a detailed proposal. This helps avoid change orders and "cost creep" which can be common in the construction industry. Therefore the only change order that occurs is unforeseen conditions that are unknown before the project was started (i.e. something buried in the wall).
Job Completion
Your project manager will schedule a final job walk-through with you to ensure all parties are happy with the end result. A follow-up site visit will be set up about four weeks after project completion. This is a "quality control" meeting to identify any issues that sometimes arise after you "move back in."
